Location: A historic building in downtown Boulder, to be renovated into a modern space for the arts.
Capacity: 270-seat theatre for live performances, intimate recitals, and community events.
Features: Rehearsal rooms, education spaces for youth programs, and performance areas designed to inspire and engage all audiences.
Historical Significance: This iconic building will be preserved and adapted for future generations, maintaining its architectural charm while serving the needs of the community.
