Dianela is a classically trained singer and the Founder and Executive Director of Boulder Opera. She has performed extensively in New York, and especially enjoyed being part of children's operas with The Amato Opera and the Dicapo Opera where she sang in La Cenerentola, Carmen, Madame Butterfly, and The Magic Flute. She also draws from her experience working with Cabaret Otaku in Denver, a local opera company that specializes in bringing fully-staged works to restaurants and other venues. She lives in Boulder with her husband and two young children.

Trained in a Opera Performance at Manhattan School of Music (M.M.) in New York City, Joshua South has sung and taught professionally for 15 years in New York, in opera houses on the East coast, and around the world.
Career highlight performances include a Carnegie Hall debut with the New York Philharmonic, performances at Lincoln Center, Alice Tully Hall, Sarasota Opera, Opera North, and also with such notable performers as Paul McCartney, Julie Taymor, Kelsey Grammer, Kelly O'Hara, and Brian Dennehy.
Described as "unforgettable" by the New York Times, Joshua has toured to Brazil, Italy, China, and Austria, performing with world-renowned symphonies in esteemed venues.
New to Boulder, Colorado, Joshua is pleased to open a new voice studio to serve the front range.

Ron Ben-Joseph (stage director/teacher), works with performers to discover and enhance their natural abilities so that their star quality can shine at auditions and when cast in roles. He has spent close to 20 years coaching actors and singers on audition techniques for Opera, Film/TV, Musical Theatre, as well as Public Speaking. Getting quick organic results that leave the client feeling empowered and excited is the cornerstone of his work as as a coach. Some of the performers Ron has worked with have gone on to book roles on Broadway, national touring companies, regional theatres, and in Hollywood. His students have also won major awards at international acting and singing competitions.
As a teacher and workshop facilitator Ron is proud to have presented programs for Northwestern University, Depaul University, College of Dupage, Devry, Chicago City Colleges, St. Xavier University, Benedictine University, Community College of Denver, Piven Theatre Workshop, Improv Playhouse, Apple Tree Theatre, Plato Academy, and John Robert Powers Academy.
Ron has a B.A. in Theatre and Psychology from National Louis University, and an M.A. in Communication, Media, and Theatre from Northeastern Il University. A recent transplant from Chicago Ron, his wife Kerry, and daughter Ellie are proud to now call Colorado home!
